Update on Northwood Commons

We received an updated timeline from Mark Renbaum at our quarterly meeting. Here is the most recent timeline. As always with construction, these are fluid but they have been on schedule for the last 6 months so hopefully that trend continues!

 Ground Lease pads deliver March/April 2021

  • McDonald’s (projected 4-month buildout) (projected Tenant Opening – September 2021)
  • Fulton Bank (projected Tenant Opening – TBD 2021)
  • LIDL (projected 9-month buildout) (projected Tenant Opening – Late 1st Quarter 2022)

Public Safety Building

PSB – March/April start (projected 12-month buildout) (projected Tenant Opening – TBD 2022)

Retail building completion (dates when Landlord will deliver spaces to Tenants for Tenant Fit-Out)

  • F building – September 2021 (Chipotle/Harbor Bank) (projected Tenant Opening – Late 1st Quarter 2022)
  • B building – November 2021 (B&N, etc.) (projected Tenant Opening – Late 1stQuarter 2022)
  • C building – February 2022 (Restaurant, etc.) (projected Tenant Opening – Late 2nd Quarter 2022)
  • D building – February 2022 (IHOP, etc.) (projected Tenant Opening – Late 2ndQuarter 2022)
