Volunteers needed this weekend

The 43rd District Legislative Team, Councilmatic Districts, Dept of Planning, and the Census Bureau has been working tirelessly to ensure each Baltimorean is counted.  Yet Baltimore City is in the bottom 10% in the nation in our response rate.   The Delegation thus has put together an effort to canvass severely under-counted areas in the 43rd District.  We are canvassing every weekend (saturday/sunday) and plan on canvassing during the in the last week of the Census timeline (Sept 30th).    WE NEED YOUR HELP!!
This weekend we will be in YOUR AREA, on Sunday, Sept 27th, 2020 from 10am-4pm at Loch Raven & Argonne on the green space at the corner.  We will be canvassing all of the Hillen Community and the northern portion of Original Northwood.
We invite you to canvass with us and help with the fight towards the counted!  Please share this information with your community as every one who volunteers adds at least one completed census application.
How does it work?  We provide the PPE, Shirts, Ipad, canvass materials, brief on-the-spot training and we canvass in one large group.  Its seamless and we definitely need your support!
Our Progress!     To date we have canvassed four (4) neighborhoods: CHM, Pen Lucy, Barclay/Middle East and Better Waverly.  In each case we have assisted a minimum of 25 households with limited volunteers (7-8 people) – so imagine what you.
