Welcome to the Greater Northwood Covenant Association. We are a six-neighborhood organization in northeast Baltimore City established in 1931 and updated in 1972 to promote clean and safe neighborhoods. Through the establishment of mandatory annual dues and in partnership with our founding neighborhoods, the GNCA provides community maintenance and improvement projects for 2,709 residences in the greater Northwood area.
Mission: Greater Northwood Covenant Association is a 501c4 nonprofit organization whose formal mission is “To Promote Clean and Safe Neighborhoods”.
